COGNAC by Wine footwear is made to order through Italian production. Because each pair is produced after purchase, shipping timelines include both production time and delivery time.

Please review this Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Production

Each COGNAC pair begins production after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Production time may vary based on the style ordered, production schedule, quality checks, holidays, and other factors connected to made-to-order manufacturing.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is typically 28 to 42 days after purchase, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation.

This estimate includes production and shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timing, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Locations

COGNAC by Wine currently supports shipping to eligible locations shown at checkout.

Shipping to the United States and select international regions may be available. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we may not currently ship to your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Shipping may be included for certain locations or orders if clearly stated on the product page, checkout page, or promotional offer.

If additional shipping charges apply, they will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or other government-imposed costs.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by COGNAC by Wine.

COGNAC by Wine is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, returned, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can review the issue and help determine next steps.

Carrier delays and customs delays are outside our direct control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with available tracking and order information.

Production or Fulfillment Delays

Because our footwear is made to order, production or fulfillment delays may occasionally occur.
