COGNAC by Wine is a premium footwear brand offering made-to-order shoe designs through our online store. Our products are designed under the COGNAC by Wine brand and produced through selected third-party production, fulfillment, and service partners.

Each pair is made after purchase. Because of this, certain order, production, delivery, cancellation, return, and refund rules apply.

COGNAC footwear is made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item may not be pulled from existing inventory and that production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines may differ from standard in-stock retail products.

6. Orders
